Gretchen Arnold, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies at Saint Louis University. Since 2010 she has done research to document the ways in which nuisance laws affect survivors of intimate partner violence. She also collaborates with non-profit groups to pursue legal challenges to these laws and to raise public awareness about the harm they inflict on battered women.
